Our crawlspace had an odor and was horrible. I didn’t take before pictures because I was excited. I will post finished photos but these are just a few before he laid down barriers. The odor is GONE and crawlspace is much BETTER. He does not overcharge and he is HONEST.

He educated me well on potential options for my situation and fully explained costs. Of the 4 companies I spoke with and received estimates, his was the most reasonable and highly detailed. His recommendations made the most sense for my project. He and his worker provided excellence in the work done and were super nice. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him to my family. He did everything as agreed upon and made sure I was satisfied with everything. He will be checking in about a month into the future and does periodic inspections to make sure everything works as it should – at no extra cost. Crawlspace clean out, encapsulation and install of radon fan beneath the 20 mil plastic. Very hard workers, no rushing, great cleanup, wonderful in all respects.

I run a successful home inspection company (about 40 plus homes a month when things are flowing right) and my business took off after meeting the owner of Dry Shield. I’m careful to refer my clients to contractors because I’m always afraid they will mess up name after I worked hard inspecting their home. It’s happened. Not Dry shield. Gabriel came out to inspect our crawlspace and suggest waterproofing options. He actually pointed out from under the house, that our subflooring from a bathroom was rotting. This was of no benefit to him, in fact, we had to put off our service until we got that issue resolved. We went ahead and had our crawlspace cleaned out and a new layer of plastic put down. He came back a couple of times after a heavy rain to see if there were any water issues in the crawlspace & their haven’t been yet. I cannot recommend DryShield enough!!! Gabriel is professional, knowledgeable & trustworthy.

I needed some work done to the wall in my basement that had a crack in it. I scheuled an appointment with Gabriel was on time, honest, super nice and professional. He came in looked at the problem, and didn’t shoot me no BS, trying to sell me something that I didn’t need. He fixed what needed to be fixed cleaned up after himself and it has not leaked at all.
